DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS, PASTRY & BAKING (702 Hours + 600 Hours OJT)

COOKERY NCII (300 Hours + 300 Hours OJT)
This course will provide you with fundamental knowledge in culinary arts. You learn about all fields of the kitchen and get to know salads, appetizers, main courses and desserts. You will be able to create complete menus with good variety and nutritional value. After completion of this course you should be able to start working in an entry level position of an international level Hotel or Cruise line.
BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NCII (144 Hours + 300 Hours OJT)
This course will provide you with the basic knowledge on preparation of international desserts and basic cake production.
BASIC CULINARY ARTS (144 Hours + 300 Hours OJT)
This course will introduce to you the basics of culinary Arts. We will teach you cooking techniques and how to prepare International Food in a professional way.
This course will provide you the base for a career as a successful Culinary professional.
We will introduce you to basic cooking methods, basics about salads, soups and other important subjects.
